VSE Announces Director Retirement
Long-Time Director David M. Osnos Retires from VSE Board
ALEXANDRIA, Va.-- VSE Corporation (Nasdaq: VSEC) announced today David M. Osnos has retired from the VSE Board of Directors, effective May 5, 2015.
Mr. Osnos has served VSE Corporation as Director since 1968. At various times throughout his tenure, Mr. Osnos assumed key leadership roles while serving on each of the board’s committees, and he also was appointed as the Lead Independent Director with the responsibility of assuring effective corporate governance.

In addition to serving as a director of VSE, Mr. Osnos was a senior partner at Arent Fox LLP, and is currently of counsel. He currently serves as a director of EastGroup Properties, Inc. and was a director of Washington Real Estate Investment Trust until May 2007.
