Anita Britt has served as a director of VSE Corporation since 2022. She currently serves on the boards of directors of Smith & Wesson Brands, Inc.

Previously, Ms. Britt served as the Chief Financial Officer for Perry Ellis International from 2009 to 2017. She also held senior financial leadership positions at Jones Apparel Group and Urban Brands and has served on the boards of urban-gro, Inc. and Delta Apparel, Inc.

Ms. Britt is a Certified Public Accountant and a Board Leadership Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors and holds a Carnegie Mellon Cybersecurity Oversight Certification, a Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education Certificate in Cybersecurity: The Intersection of Policy and Technology, and an MIT Sloan School of Management Certification in Cybersecurity Governance for the Board of Directors.

Ms. Britt brings extensive experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and public company governance.

Edward Dolanski has served as a director of VSE Corporation since 2022. Mr. Dolanski is the co-founder of First Watch Group, a management consulting firm, and also serves on several private company boards including Valence Surface Technologies, Lynx Software Technologies and as Chairman of MD Helicopters.

Previously, Mr. Dolanski held senior leadership roles at The Boeing Company, including President, U.S. Government Services at Boeing Global Services; President, Boeing Global Services & Support; and President and Chief Executive Officer of Aviall, a Boeing subsidiary. Prior to Boeing, he held leadership roles at Raytheon Company for 8 years including Vice President positions in mission support and aftermarket businesses, and Chief Information Officer for Aircraft Integration Systems. Earlier in his career, he spent 14 years with Walmart Stores in progressively senior roles in information technology and supply chain management.

Mr. Dolanski holds a Corporate Governance certification from The Wharton School. He brings extensive experience in aerospace, aftermarket services, and supply chain and operations leadership.

Mark Ferguson has served as a director of VSE Corporation since 2017. Admiral Ferguson currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of MK3 Global LLC, an independent aerospace consultancy with clients in government and the private sector, and serves on the board of directors of Pacific Gas and Electric Corporation and chairs its People and Compensation Committee.

Admiral Ferguson is a retired Admiral of the United States Navy, where he served for 38 years, including as Vice Chief of Naval Operations. Prior to his current role, Admiral Ferguson served as a senior advisor in the aerospace and defense practice at McKinsey & Company from 2016 to 2020. He also served as audit chair for the Center for Naval Analyses, a federally funded research and development center.

Admiral Ferguson holds a master’s degree in computer science from the Naval Postgraduate School. He brings extensive experience in aerospace, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, risk management, and human capital management.

Bonnie Wachtel has served as a director of VSE Corporation since 1991. She currently serves as Principal and Director of Wachtel & Co., Inc. and as a director of WaveDancer, Inc. (formerly Information Analysis Inc.), a provider of IT services and software.

Ms. Wachtel previously served on the Board of The ExOne Company, a 3D printing solutions provider, from 2013 until its acquisition in 2021. She has served as a director of six NASDAQ listed companies and served on the hearing panel for NASDAQ Listing Qualifications from 2006 to 2016.

Ms. Wachtel is a Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the District of Columbia Bar. She brings extensive experience in capital markets, and financial oversight, and public company boards.

Jack Potter has served as a director of VSE Corporation since 2014. He currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Potter served as the United States Postmaster General and Chief Executive Officer of the United States Postal Service from 2001 to 2010.

Mr. Potter brings extensive experience in transportation, logistics, and large-scale supply chain operations.

Lloyd Johnson has served as a director of VSE Corporation since 2022. He currently serves on the boards of directors of Haemonetics Corporation, Apogee Enterprises, and Beazer Homes USA, and serves as Chair of the AARP Board of Directors.

Previously, Mr. Johnson served as Global Managing Director, Finance and Internal Audit at Accenture Corporation from 2004 to 2015. Prior to that, he served as Executive Director, M&A and General Auditor for Delphi Automotive PLC from 1999 to 2004 and held senior financial leadership positions at Emerson Electric Corporation, Sara Lee Corporation and Shaw Food Services.

Mr. Johnson is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the National Association of Corporate Directors Directorship Certification designation. He also serves as a trustee and vice-chair of the Business Partnership Foundation at the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
