ICRC Will Provide Relocation and Installation Services for SSA LANs Across the Country - Five-Year Subcontract Represents Potential ICRC Revenues in Excess of $1.0 Million

ALEXANDRIA, Va.--

Integrated Concepts and Research Corporation (ICRC), a wholly owned subsidiary of VSE Corporation (Nasdaq:VSEC), announced today the recent award of a subcontract to provide relocation and installation services for Local Area Networks (LANs) throughout the Social Security Administration (SSA). Under the contract, ICRC will relocate existing LANs and all related equipment when an SSA office is moved to a new location, as well as install new LANs when a new office is opened.

This nationwide contract was awarded to the team of Prism Pointe Technologies and ICRC. Prism Point will provide the SSA's approximately 1,700 offices with a 24-7 help desk and on-site technical assistance for LAN maintenance and repairs. Prism Point also will handle a small number of the LAN relocations. The contract has a one-year base and four one-year option periods.

ICRC's relocation services will include de-installing each LAN from its existing location, transporting the equipment, re-installing the LAN at the new location, and ensuring operational status. ICRC also will oversee the relocation of all associated equipment, including servers, routers, workstations, copiers, printers and fax machines. Additionally, ICRC will perform individual workstation relocations, when employees move from one office to another.
