RLA's teaming with VSE has proven to be an extraordinarily valuable partnership for marketing and conducting the auctions of the seized property; a very important component of the Seized and Forfeited General Property Program is the sale of designated property, as the net proceeds of the auctions are returned to the agencies in the program through the U.S. Treasury Forfeiture Fund for the continuation of their law enforcement efforts or as restitution in some criminal cases.
