DOWL HKM is Named VSE Corporation 2010 Small Business Supplier of Choice

ANCHORAGE, Alaska-- DOWL HKM was named VSE Corporation (ICRC Division) 2010 Small Business Supplier of Choice for outstanding project management services.

DOWL HKM, a civil and structural engineering company, was founded on April 1, 2008 when DOWL Engineers and HKM Engineering merged and formed DOWL HKM. The new company has 17 offices in five states, nearly 400 employees, and more than $50 million in revenue. Since 2008, DOWL HKM has been a key ICRC team member on the Port of Anchorage Intermodal Expansion Project (PIEP).
